I can even help you to determine where your boundaries are. Over time, these sessions can help you gain confidence, feel more present, and experience more joy.

If you want an hour or more of touch that starts as soon as you hit the door, this is a good choice for you. I will happily greet you with a huge hug then help you find a comfy cuddle position or six. Don't worry, I have lots of ideas. We can cuddle and chat or snuggle in silence. I'll follow your lead.
This is the perfect option if you're flexible/ you just want to try this out. I am happy to suggest options for how we can enjoy our time together. This could include long hugs, practice asking for what you want, or deep conversation, for example.
