Session Types

Touch Averse Session

If you often fear touch or avoid situations were touch might be involved, this could make it hard to ride the train, sit close to co-workers during meetings, or even comfortably connect with significant others. Together we can create goals and establish a plan of action to help you experience more joy and ease in your life.

$125/ hr

Boundary Practice Session

If you want to spend some dedicated time practicing saying "no," negotiating specific types of touch, or clearly stating your needs; I can help you with this. I can even help you to determine where your boundaries are. Over time, these sessions can help you gain confidence, feel more present, and experience more joy.

Phone sessions and boundaries bootcamp sessions also available.

Cuddle Enthusiast Session

If you want an hour or more of touch that starts as soon as you hit the door, this is a good choice for you. I will happily greet you with a huge hug then help you find a comfy cuddle position or six. Don't worry, I have lots of ideas. We can cuddle and chat or snuggle in silence. I'll follow your lead.

Standard Session

This is the perfect option if you're flexible/ you just want to try this out. I am happy to suggest options for how we can enjoy our time together. This could include long hugs, practice asking for what you want, or deep conversation, for example.

2 xs per month

Save 20% when you pay for 2 sessions in advance (1 hr each). Schedule them at your convenience.

Save 25% when you pay for 4 sessions in advance (1 hr each). Schedule them at your convenience.

Save 30% when you pay for 8 hours in advance. You can schedule 1 hr, 90 min, 2 hr, 3hr, or 4 hr sessions at your convenience.

On Tuesdays, save 20% on all platonic touch sessions.

If you are a teacher or a student, you can now save 20% on Thurs. Must mention this promotion when scheduling.

Winter Sample Sessions

Spend 45 min with me and determine if I am the right practitioner for you. 1 session per client. Additional time available at regular price.
